Terms of Service

Effective date: October 28, 2026. Last updated: October 28, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Applyinator ("we", "us") for your use of Applyinator (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Applyinator finds job postings that match the preferences you set and fills out and submits job applications on your behalf, on employer career sites and applicant-tracking systems (for example Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS and others). It also keeps a history of what it applied to, shows you questions it could not answer ("holds"), and can track replies from employers if you connect a mailbox.

  • You authorise us to act for you. You authorise the Service to submit applications in your name, to upload the resume you chose, and, where an employer's system requires it, to create and sign in to an applicant account on that employer's site using your email address and a password the Service generates and stores for you.
  • Only your answers. Legal, eligibility and attestation questions (for example work authorisation, sponsorship, citizenship, clearance, criminal history) are answered only from answers you gave us. When the Service does not have your answer, it stops and asks you instead of guessing. Two optional settings, both off unless you turn them on, change this for other questions: with best-guess answers the Service may answer a required basic question you have not answered (including consents and acknowledgements) with the most sensible choice for your profile, and with typed signatures it signs applications with your typed name and ticks electronic-signature boxes on your behalf. You are responsible for answers given under these settings.
  • Your controls. You choose which jobs and companies to target, can require approval before each submission, and can pause automatic applying or skip companies at any time in Settings.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • Everything you give us (profile, resume, answers) must be true, current and yours. Applications are submitted as you, and you are responsible for their content. Keep your answers up to date; the Service relies on them.
  • Keep your password and any API tokens secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not use the Service to apply for someone else, to submit false information, to break an employer's or site's rules in a way that harms them, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

3. What we do not promise

  • We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any outcome. Employers decide.
  • Employer sites change often. Some applications will fail, be held for your input, or be submitted without a confirmation we can read. We show the status we know in your history.
  • Applications already submitted to an employer cannot be withdrawn through the Service. Accounts the Service created on employer sites belong to you and remain on those sites; contact the employer to remove them.
  • Some employer sites show CAPTCHAs. The Service may send them to a paid CAPTCHA-solving service, only on job-application, sign-in and sign-up pages of job portals. You can turn this off in Settings, in which case those applications wait for you.

4. Plans and payment

  • There are three plans, each with unlimited applications: Weekly, $10 per week, billed weekly in advance; Monthly, $30 per month, billed monthly in advance; and Lifetime, $100 once. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply. Applications are submitted only while you have an active plan; browsing, settings, exporting and deleting your data never need one.
  • Lifetime means: Lifetime access to Applyinator for as long as we operate the service. It is a single payment with no renewal. Only a limited number of Lifetime purchases are sold in total; the Billing page shows how many are left. One Lifetime purchase per account. If a Lifetime payment goes through after the last one was sold, or on an account that already has Lifetime, we refund it in full automatically and tell you.
  • Cancel the weekly or monthly plan anytime in Settings > Billing, where you can also switch between them and update your payment method. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a payment fails, applying continues for 3 days while the payment is retried, then pauses until the plan is paid.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not refund partial periods, unused time or cancelled plans, except the automatic Lifetime refunds described above or where the law requires it.
  • Switching between Weekly and Monthly takes effect right away and is prorated: the unused part of your current plan is credited toward the new one. Upgrading to Lifetime costs the full $100, with no credit for a subscription you have already paid for; your subscription then stops renewing and stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, so you are never charged again. A Lifetime purchase ends with the account.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

5. Your data

Your profile, resumes and answers remain yours. You give us permission to store and use them only to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time; this stops all applying and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put employers, other users or the Service at risk; where reasonable we will tell you first.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement), and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions employers make. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
