JobHire Alternatives: JobHire.AI vs Applyinator (2026)
Considering JobHire.AI or an alternative? How JobHire.AI works, what we could verify about its plans in 2026, its strengths, and how Applyinator differs.
JobHire.AI is an AI job-search platform for US roles. You upload your resume, answer a few questions about the work you want, and it finds matching jobs, polishes your resume to fit them, writes a cover letter for each application and can apply on your behalf. It also offers resume analysis, a resume score check and a tracking dashboard. The company behind it, JobHire AI Limited, is registered in Nicosia, Cyprus.
People searching "JobHire alternatives" are usually comparing price, how much control they keep, or whether a tool can handle the portals their target employers use. This post compares JobHire.AI with Applyinator, the tool we build. Facts about JobHire.AI come from its own homepage and FAQ as we read them in October 2026.
What JobHire.AI does
From JobHire.AI's site:
- Auto Apply for US roles. JobHire.AI says it applies to jobs matching your criteria around the clock and is for US roles only.
- Three approval settings. In User Settings you can have it apply instantly, apply after 24 hours (giving you a window to step in), or keep everything manual. In manual mode you review each match under Preview Applications and approve or reject it.
- An application queue. Approved jobs join a queue and are sent in batches rather than all at once. Once submitted, they move to a Completed section.
- A cover letter for every application. JobHire.AI writes a cover letter for each job from your profile, resume and the job description.
- Resume tools. It offers resume tailoring and optimization suggestions, resume matching against job descriptions, an AI resume builder and a score check.
- Company exclusions. You can list companies it should never apply to, such as your current employer.
JobHire.AI's site does not name the job boards or applicant tracking systems it applies through, so we will not guess.
JobHire.AI pricing (as of October 2026)
JobHire.AI's FAQ describes three subscription plans, Standard, Pro and Extended, and says the prices are shown in the pricing section after you sign up. The FAQ also says:
- There is no free trial.
- Users who subscribe right after registering can unlock a one-time discount.
- You can buy additional tools on top of a plan.
- You can unsubscribe from User Settings or by contacting support.
We could not find plan prices on JobHire.AI's public pages (its old pricing URL returned a "not found" page when we checked). Third-party reviews quote different figures that do not agree with each other, so we are not repeating them. Check the price, billing period, renewal terms and refund policy on the plan screen before you pay.
Where JobHire.AI is strong
- Flexible approval. The "apply after 24 hours" setting is a smart middle ground between full automation and approving every job by hand. Applyinator offers auto-apply mode or review mode.
- Cover letters done for you. If you want a letter with every application and do not want to write them, JobHire.AI handles it. Applyinator does not write cover letters.
- Resume tailoring and analysis. Score checks, matching and optimization suggestions are useful if your resume needs work. See our guide to an ATS-friendly resume for what to look for either way.
- Company exclusions. A simple way to avoid applying to your current employer.
- Paced sending. Sending in batches rather than all at once is a sensible design.
- Broad, all-in-one feature set for people who want job search, resume help and applying in one place.
Where it may fall short
- US roles only. If you are searching outside the US, it is not for you.
- No public pricing and no free trial. You need to register to see what it costs, and you cannot try it for free.
- Generated text in your name. Every application includes an AI-written cover letter. That saves time, but read a few before letting it run. Our post on whether cover letters matter covers when a letter helps and when it does not.
- Unclear coverage. We could not find which job sites or portals it applies through, which matters if your employers use Workday or similar systems.
- Sensitive questions. We did not find a description of what it does when a form asks about work authorization, sponsorship or other legal topics you have not answered. Ask before turning on instant auto-apply.
How Applyinator differs
What it does:
- A hosted service, with no extension to keep open. It watches company career boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, iCIMS and Oracle, plus public job feeds.
- It finds new postings that match your roles, cities, level and graduation timing, then submits the application in a real browser, picking the right one of the resumes you uploaded.
- It creates Workday and other portal accounts as needed and reads verification codes from your connected inbox (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or iCloud, signed in once). It only reads verification mail and never sends.
- It never guesses legal, immigration, sponsorship, clearance, citizenship, criminal history or EEO answers. Those wait for you under "Needs you"; you answer once and it is reused.
- It reads the whole form back before submitting and stops if something looks wrong.
- At most three applications per company per 30 days, and never the same job twice, including the same posting found on two sites.
- Auto-apply mode or review mode, where you approve each filled application. An in-app assistant named Perry helps set up your profile and answers questions.
What it does not do:
- No free plan.
- No resume rewriting or tailoring, and no cover letters or essays written from scratch.
- It never logs into LinkedIn or messages anyone as you, so there is no LinkedIn Easy Apply.
Pricing, published up front: $10 per week, $30 per month, or $100 once for Lifetime (a limited number of spots). All plans include unlimited applications. Payments are final; switching between weekly and monthly is prorated.
Applyinator suits students, new grads and early-career people applying to many company-site postings, especially Workday-heavy employers. If you are new to those portals, read how Workday applications work and Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby applications.

How to choose
- Where are you searching? JobHire.AI is US-only; check the coverage of any tool against your market.
- Can you see the price before signing up? Know the total for the period you plan to use.
- How much control do you want? Instant, delayed or manual approval; pick a tool whose settings match your comfort level.
- Do you want cover letters written for you? If yes, JobHire.AI includes them. If you prefer to write your own or skip them, pick a tool that does not add them.
- What happens with unknown questions? The right answer is that the application waits for you. See how to answer common application questions.
- Is there a per-company cap and dedupe? These keep you from looking careless to employers.
- Is there a clear log of everything sent? Keep your own too: how to track job applications.
Bottom line
JobHire.AI is a good fit if you are searching in the US and want an all-in-one service that tailors your resume, writes a cover letter for every application, and lets you choose instant, delayed or manual approval. Applyinator is a better fit if you want public, flat pricing with unlimited applications, a tool that handles company portals like Workday (accounts and email codes included), and a hard rule that sensitive answers always come from you. If that sounds right, you can sign up here.
